Description
When visiting Rome, there are many venues to put on your ‘must see list’. The top of every art lover’s list, must be the Borghese Gallery and the Vatican Museum. Situated in the charming Borghese Gardens, the Gallery has 20 rooms to explore, each one more eye-popping than the other. Gazing upon the four colossal statues by Gian Bernini you are mystified as to how anyone on earth could create such beauty. A visit to the Vatican Museum with Raphael’s wall frescoes, its marvelous collection of ancient sculptures, and its Pinacoteca will make you long for a trip back to the Eternal City.
