Description

When you stub your toe a message is sent from your brain to feel the pain. Learn about it as you build a model to demonstrate the process and understand how medicine works to block the pain.

Materials Needed:

  • 2-3 paper towel or toilet paper tubes
  • yarn or string
  • paper cup
  • cardboard box or cereal box
  • marble, ping pong ball, or other small ball
  • square piece of cardboard or cardstock
