Program Description


Madrid is fortunate to be the locale of some spectacular “little gems” which includes the  Reina Sofia, home to Picasso’s Guernica.  Join Mary and visit the treasures of the Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum founded by a former Miss Spain who chose it to be the site of her late husband’s art collection. The Sorolla Museum, the Church of San Antonio de la Florida with its ceiling frescoed by Goya, and the largest royal residence in Europe – the Grand Palace, will be explored as well as a few stops around the city at its majestic parks, plazas, stores and statues. 

Please be aware that there is no need to register more than once.
