Description
This is a low impact strength training class. It utilizes weights, balls and bands. Exercises are performed in a safe and controlled manner (sitting and standing) to help increase bone mass, improve strength, promote proper alignment and enhance overall fitness.
Cost: $48 (8 sessions) There are no refunds.
Please contact the library if registering after the 1st session.
Please be aware that there is no need to register more than once.

Guests who are disruptive or otherwise do not conduct themselves in a respectful manner may be removed from the program.
When using a PC for a virtual program, you will need to download Zoom software before the program begins. When using a mobile device, please download the Zoom app on your device and create your own Zoom account for easiest convenience.
